Centres & universities
An adaptive learning platform under your brand
Language centres and universities do not need to build their own. You bring the brand, the teachers and the learners; we bring the engine, the measurement and the infrastructure.
- Your logo and primary colour
- Your product name and onboarding welcome
- Outgoing email from your domain
A small “Powered by” footer — can be switched off by contract.
Four things partners get
The partner programme is in Beta with a first group of centres. Everything below shares the platform's engine and measurement standards.
- Beta
White-label
Logo, brand colour, your own domain, outgoing email. If your colour fails contrast checks the system uses the default and tells you — it never ships a hard-to-read interface.
- Beta
Sub-tenants for each client
Create a separate tenant for every company or class you serve. Data is isolated per tenant; policies can only be narrower, never wider, than the level above.
- Beta
Retail pricing you set
You decide what your learners pay in your market. The platform charges a wholesale per-seat fee, invoiced to the partner monthly.
- Beta
Shared teachers
Your own teacher pool, teaching only inside your tenant tree. Teachers get session briefs and their observations become evidence — like every teacher on the platform.
What partners can and cannot change
So that verified capability means the same thing everywhere, some things cannot be changed by contract.
Can change
- Logo, primary colour, product name, domain
- Login cover image and onboarding welcome
- Retail prices, plans and add-ons sold to your learners
- Additional consent purposes of your own (add only, never edit)
- Stricter tenant policy: shorter audio retention, realtime off
Cannot change
- Scoring, rubrics, the evidence firewall and claim thresholds
- The seven core consent purposes and learners' right to withdraw
- The anti-addiction rules of the gamification layer
- The “Powered by” footer, unless the contract says otherwise
- Learners' voice data or documents beyond the purposes they agreed to
Four steps to go live
From first contact to first class usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on how fast your brand and teachers are approved.
- 1
Send the form below; we book 45 minutes to understand your model
- 2
Sign the Beta agreement: wholesale seat fee, domain, white-label scope
- 3
We configure the partner tenant, branding, teacher pool and first sub-tenant
- 4
Run a 4-week pilot class, review the report together, then scale
