Level-matched groups
Small groups of 3–6 with the same language pair and bottleneck, at most 1 band apart, in the same time zone. No more classes where everyone needs something different.
Observation → evidence
Score the criteria under treatment in 2 minutes after the session. Your observation moves the learner's protocol forward; once you are calibrated, it also confirms claims.

Clear about money
No hidden fees, no mystery points. Three principles:
- You set your 1:1 price; group prices follow the published market price list
- Paid per session taught, every period, in your currency and country; the marketplace commission is itemised on every line
- Late cancellations and learner no-shows still count for you under the 24-hour policy
Marketplace and payouts are in Beta; teachers at partner centres are paid through their centre.
Apply to teach
We are onboarding English teachers for the pilot and opening Japanese, Korean and Chinese gradually. Every teacher completes a scoring calibration session before meeting learners.
