For team leads
Know who is ready — from evidence, not gut feeling
You manage 5–30 people and need to know who can run meetings, calls or presentations with foreign partners. The verified capability board answers that without you listening to anyone's private work.
Verified capability (E4+)
3 people haven't shared individual results
Illustrative data. Team figures appear only for groups of 5 or more.

What you see — and what you never see
People learn better when they know their practice isn't being watched. This boundary is enforced in the data layer, not just the interface.
You see
- Share of the team achieving each target capability
- Who is on track and who is at risk (aggregated)
- Each person's verified capability — when they turn on manager sharing
- The evidence level behind every conclusion
You never see
- Recordings, transcripts or raw attempts
- Individual errors in individual speaking turns
- Personal figures for anyone who hasn't consented
- Figures for groups smaller than 5
Getting started with your team
You don't have to administer anything. Your company admin handles the setup.

- 2
Pick target capabilities from your team's real work
- 3
Employees learn with their own weekly plans and decide what to share
- 4
Each month, review the board and confirm what you've seen at work
Confirm capability in real work
When you see someone handle a call with a foreign client well, you can submit a confirmation form. It is the highest evidence level (E6) — and you can never confirm for yourself or evidence you created.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see each employee's results?
Only when that employee turns on manager sharing. Otherwise you see “Learner hasn't shared”; team aggregates for groups of 5 or more are still shown.
What if my team has fewer than 5 people?
Aggregates are hidden so individual results can't be inferred. You still see verified capability for people who chose to share.
Can I listen to my employees' recordings?
No. The team lead role has no access to raw attempts, recordings or transcripts, even when an employee shares their results.
Who pays for my team?
The company signs a per-seat contract. Team leads don't pay; contact your L&D/HR team or book a demo to get started.
Can we use our own competency framework?
Yes. Target capabilities are mapped to your company's framework and roles, not a generic score scale.
