We do not optimise app opens or minutes studied. The only thing we count is verified capability in a new situation, in the goal's real channel, interlocutor and level of autonomy.
Six commitments
Our sixteen product principles, condensed into six things you can check.

Intervene only with enough evidence
When uncertain, probe first — never guess. Fix the bottleneck blocking the main task first; at most 2 focus areas a week, with what you do not need to learn spelled out.

Recognise capability only in new situations
Practice items are kept apart from assessment items. Saving cost must never distort measurement; assessment slots are never downgraded.

Learners decide
Park a focus, change a goal, pick your game level. The system explains consequences, it does not forbid. Coaches and AI only suggest.

Every decision is explainable and reproducible
Every suggestion answers “Why?”. Reason codes and a decision log tied to a policy version. AI is a tool, not the source of truth.

Administration is not surveillance
Managing members or billing never grants access to sensitive learning data. Minimal roles; separation of duties for risky actions.

Sustainable motivation, never addiction
Reward real progress. No chance mechanics, no pay-to-win, no penalties for rest, no reminders after 22:00. Focus mode is always available.
