Plan questions
What happens when I run out of quota?
Core learning is never blocked: realtime falls back to push-to-talk, the strong AI model to a lighter one. Only live and human review pause until the next period.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Change anytime, effective from the next period. Cancelling keeps your learning data and evidence.
How can I pay?
International cards, VNPay and MoMo in Vietnam; local gateways per market.
What if my company pays?
Entitlements from a company contract run for the contract term. A personal plan, if you have one, continues separately when you leave the organisation.
Do prices include tax?
Displayed prices are tax-inclusive reference prices for Vietnam. Final prices are set after the pilot.
Prices and quotas are modelling assumptions, final after the pilot. The 10-month yearly cycle is an assumption too.
