Why years of study still leave you hesitant

It isn't laziness. Most programmes teach the same generic thing to everyone.

  • Generic lessons, unrelated to your job

Your plan is built from your real situations: meetings, calls, presentations, email.

  • You don't know where you're weak

Each speaking turn surfaces the single most important bottleneck — not a dozen errors at once.

  • Test scores don't say what you can do

Evidence by E-level: you see which tasks you can do, and under which conditions.

A week of learning

Short, clear, and you always know why you're practising this.

  1. 1

Monday: see your weekly plan and why this focus was chosen

  2. 2

15–20 minute sessions: speak, get fast feedback, retry immediately

  3. 3

Mid-week: role-play with the AI tutor in your work scenarios

  4. 4

Weekend: a short check that updates your evidence and next week's plan

Evidence before praise

Every capability carries an evidence level. The goal is E4 or higher, under the exact conditions of your job.

  1. E1

Self-report: “I managed to call the client.”

  2. E2

    Done in practice with hints.

  3. E3

Done without hints, in a familiar situation.

  4. E4

Done in an unseen assessment, in a new situation.

  5. E5

E4 plus a target listener confirms it was easy to understand.

  6. E6

    Confirmed in real work.

Adding a second language?

If your English is already good and you're adding Japanese, Korean or Chinese for a career move, one shared plan splits your time sensibly between both — maintaining what you have, focusing on what you need.

  • Each language has its own pathway and evidence
  • One shared weekly schedule, no overload
  • New language pairs open in Beta until calibration is complete

Vietnamese speakers learning English come first; other pairs open gradually.

Frequently asked questions

What level do I need to start?

It fits best at roughly B1–B2: you read fairly well but hesitate to speak. The 60-second speaking sample at sign-up sets your starting point; if you're a beginner, your plan is lighter with more hints.

How much time does it take each week?

60–120 minutes a week is enough, split into 15–20 minute sessions. You choose how many; the plan adapts to the time you have.

What does the feedback after speaking include?

Within 5 seconds you get the single most important error, why it matters to the listener, one concrete fix and an immediate retry. Other points are saved for later sessions.

Who can listen to my recordings?

By default, only you. A teacher or assessor listens only if you have consented to that specific purpose; you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.

Is it free?

There is a Free plan with no card required. Paid plans add AI tutor speaking minutes and live sessions; see the Pricing page for details.
